    If you are a yo yo dieter like me, this book might seem slightly familiar in its motivational mantra Robert Reames, a personal trainer that has appeared on Dr Phil, fills you in on his secrets to weight loss.Reames has tried to make the book personal and has tried to show how his technique has helped so many by sharing stories, often highlighted by large print and surrounded by a box I found these motivational stories to be a bit annoying, but hey, they may work for you Overall, Reames s plan seems doable I am going to try one of the workouts illustrated in the book Even some of the daily meal plans seem easy to follow, not like some of those fad diets that have weird menus.
